Parade Registration

Please use the following form to register to participate in the annual parade held on the Saturday morning of Memorial Weekend.

The Parade will start at 10:00am on Saturday, May 13, 2023. The Parade route for 2023 is different than in past years.

Units should arrive in staging from 08:00 to 09:30 am. Units will be sorted upon arrival.

You will receive specific instructions on staging area information via email.

Only North Carolina Fire Departments that have experienced a Line of Duty Death are invited to participate in the Parade.

Please observe the following for the safety of all participants:
- If apparatus is equipped with seat belts, riders should be seated and belted.
- Emergency vehicles should operate all emergency warning lights.
- Personnel may NOT ride on top, side or on the rear of apparatus. Antique fire apparatus that have no seat belts are exempt, but personnel are expected to be seated.
- Participants may NOT throw candy, trinkets or other objects from apparatus that may cause individuals to enter the parade path.
