Zane Schondelmayer, son of LODD Jon Schondelmayer, recently informed the foundation of an special project he did.
For his senior high school class project, Zane conducted research on hearth disease and the fire service.
He said he did this as a tribute for his father, Jon Schondelmayer, who died last December.
The purpose of the project was to raise awareness of heart disease issues and raise funds for the NCFFF.
Zane presented the foundation with $315.00 recently.
