Arrangements for Parkton VFD Assistant Chief James Franklin Walters are as follows
Services will be held 2:00pm, Friday, February 4, 2011, Services will be held at the National Guard Amerory (439 Washington St. Parkton NC 28371). Burial, with Fire Department honors will follow at Family Cemetery in Parkton.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-9:00 pm Thursday, February 3, 2011, National Guard Ameroy (439 Washington St. Parkton NC 28371).
